My motto: Look beyond obvious

Back in the day, I had set my goal to becoming a Hotel General Manager - preferably of a 5-star hotel. I started my career in Hospitality Field working at Hotel Kämp, first in Housekeeping, and later in reception. This experience gave me a spark which is still burning today. Fo years, I worked in marketing and communication specialist positions in hotel-, restaurant- and event businesses.

When the time was right, I moved to share my expertise with Future Talents as I started to work as a Senior Lecturer in Hospitality Management at Laurea Univerisity of Applied Sciences. Some may describe me as a sparkling personality with a healthy appetite for success. As I am easily drawn to explore multiple project at once, I find it to fuel my drive as I also get to challenge my self. I have always had mentors, co-workers and guests around me from whom I have learned so much. This really is a human to human business.

As I stepped to the world of education, an opportunity rise to start PhD studies at Estonian Business School. In autumn 2020 I joined their Doctor of Philosophy (Management) program in Tallinn. Each course has challenged my thinking, my skills and time management as going through studies ehilst working full time really is tough - yet so rewarding! Now, as I have passed all the courses with excellent grades I will focus 2023-2024 to my research.
